The Studio
NO professional cameras that do not belong to Snapped By K. Monique Studio, are allowed at any time in the studio.
Any damages towards any studio equipment will result in a full charge of the item. This includes floors, walls, electronics and any other item owned by the studio.
Appointments
Your Session MUST be paid in full to receive your desired service.
The time that you have booked your appointment is the time that your appointment starts. While it is good to arrive early, your appointment is only taken at the time of your booking. This applies to late appointments as well.
Your appointment is considered a NO-SHOW if you are 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled session.
Failure to reschedule your appointment 24 hours or earlier will result in your appointment being canceled.
After your appointment is marked as a no show or cancelled, you have up to 5 days after your original booked slot to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the client having to pay for a new appointment in full.
There are NO REFUNDS on any services.
If you are to arrive at your appointment late, you will only be taken if the studio has availability. If the studio accepts your appointment, any tardiness is taken off of your scheduled shoot time.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent MUST be present during any service and MUST consent to any photos or videos of the minor being taken in the studio.
Any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not allowed in the studio during any session. No sessions with the use of these items are permitted.
Up to one guest (outside of client) per session are allowed in the studio area.
NO children are allowed to roam free in the studio area if they are not receiving any service from the studio.
Images
All rights to any photos & videos taken by Kenya Bolden are owned by Snapped By K. Monique Studio.
All clients MUST agree to be photographed and filmed by the studio.
All clients MUST consent to any photos & videos taken by the studio being posted for the use of promotional reasons.
NO unedited photos are released UNLESS you purchase your full gallery for $150. Any images purchased with a package or outside of one for $5 per image will come with a high-end edit.
All Images are stored and kept in Snapped By K. Monique’s system, for a total of 90 days after your session. During this time, more images can be selected for purchase. After 90 days, the studio is no longer responsible for any of your images (RAW or edited.) After this time, your online gallery will also expire.
Turnaround for images is 10 business days. Edits can take longer depending on the studio's schedule and the amount of images you purchase. Rush edits can be done for $10 per image for next day turnaround.
If you wish to expedite any images there is a rush fee added to your balance at the end of your session and due at that time. You can only expedite up to 15 images at a time. No orders over 15 images can be expedited. This service is also based upon availability.
Special edits are an extra charge of $15 per image and should be discussed with your photographer before your session.
If you wish to receive new edits to any photos there is a $5 charge for each new edit. No new edits are completed or released until this is paid in full. Your order will be put back into queue with a turnaround of 10 business days for your new gallery. This service can be expedited with the studio’s usual rush fee.
All print orders are for in-studio pickup only. Shipping is not available.
The studio does not print any work that is not our own. All prints are from Snapped By K. Monique Studio.
Photo Session
Background & outfit changes are unlimited within your booked time frame.
If you have a Makeup & Photography session, your shoot time starts as soon as your makeup is completed. This includes any outfit changes & touch ups needed to be made after. If you are not receiving makeup through the studio, your shoot time starts at your booked time slot.
Partial or full nudity is prohibited on any session with clients the ages of 3-20. If you are 21+ and wish to include any form of nudity in your session, you MUST consent and agree to Snapped By K. Monique photographing this type of session.
Props and set designs can be added into any session.
Makeup
MUST be clean and free of any open wounds.
Makeup can take up to 30 minutes to an 1hour and is not included in your shoot time.
Your shoot time starts as soon as your makeup is completed.
Your Purchases
When purchasing packages, all contents of the package MUST be utilized in order for your appointment to be valid as chosen package.
Discounts MUST be applied before any charges to your appointment are made in order for it to count towards the service.
Discounts are not stackable and only one can be used towards your service.
If you are purchasing a special service, a second discount cannot be applied as the service is already discounted.
Specials
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, gift cards, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
No refunds or exchanges on discounted sessions.
Weekly Specials are per person, not group based.
$10 Tuesday is a 15-minute session and does not go beyond that time. Each retouched image is sold separately at $5 per image.
Winning Wednesday spin-the-wheel deals are only available in the studio and one spin per client each Wednesday. You must also schedule and claim your deal that day.
The studio owner MUST be present at the time of your spin on Wednesday to consider it valid.
Any appointment purchased on a Thursday is valid for the Thankful Thursdays special.
Thankful Thursdays free photo print is an 11x14 print ONLY. Any other size print MUST be purchased at its regular rate.
$50 Fridays is a 30 minute session and does not go beyond that time.
TFP & PAID Opportunities
Please be aware that all TFP and paid opportunity session photos are chosen by the photographer.
Any photos chosen to be edited and released will be sent to all models and artists who participated in the session..
